Welcome to our website.  We offer luxury holiday accommodation in two different caravan parks: White Acres & Trevella.: both are close to Newquay, Cornwall

We no longer advertise via UKC4H as of last month and have moved across to Direct Holiday Homes . Blustery beach walks, roaring waves, and cosy evenings await – Cornwall in winter has a magic all of its own. Warm up in a beachside pub with something comforting, then retreat to one of our super comfy caravans or lodge.

You might even catch a few blue-sky days – this is Cornwall, after all! And as the locals say: if you don’t like the weather, just wait an hour.

2026 prices are now live on our own website and Direct Holiday Homes.

We have a 3 night minimum stay - please contact us for a specific date request.  During peak season the short stays are restricted to filling in gaps in between longer bookings.  In order to keep the costs down for these shorter bookings, bed linen and towels are not included as standard. You can either bring your own or you can add it as an extra during the booking process.​
